I am an architect with an M.Sc. in Architecture (Design) from Tampere University, currently based in Helsinki. I moved to Finland in 2022 to pursue my master’s studies in architecture at Tampere University, where I further developed my skills in design, adaptive reuse, and the built environment. During the past year, alongside my job search and professional development, I completed my basic Finnish language studies and improved my Finnish language skills to approximately B1 level.
My interest in architecture has always been strongly connected to people, places, and the stories buildings carry over time. During my studies, I developed a particular passion for renovation, restoration, adaptive reuse, and conservation projects. My master’s thesis focused on the adaptive reuse of Kalevan Lastentalo, which strengthened my interest in working with existing buildings and finding thoughtful, sustainable ways to extend their life and value.
I enjoy working on both residential and public building projects, although I am especially inspired by public architecture and user-oriented environments that have a meaningful impact on everyday life. I am motivated by projects that require careful analysis, creativity, and collaboration between different disciplines.
I have experience working with ArchiCAD and AutoCAD, and I continuously seek opportunities to develop my professional and technical skills further. Beyond architecture, I have a long background in visual arts, which has shaped my approach to design, observation, and creative problem-solving.
As a person, I am curious, dedicated, and eager to learn. Since graduating, I have actively participated in professional events and collaborative projects, including the Kuplab Hackathon organized by Sitowise, where our multidisciplinary team received second prize. I am now looking for an opportunity to contribute my skills, continue learning from experienced professionals, and grow as an architect.
